If you are a New Yorker in the mood for the ethnic flavors you so miss from your city this may or may not be the place for you. I'm sitting here as I type, eating a dry piece of gyro over a sad bed of lettuce. The tzatziki sauce moistens it a bit, but im pissed that I had to pay 25 cents extra for the teaspoonful I received. some how I am enjoying it because everything else in sarasota is more bland and plain than even this.
COMMENTS:
Authentic
Greek cuisine in a casual setting.
That's what Pegasus Greek Family Restaurant
offers it's patrons. They have an
extensive array of choices for breakfast,
lunch and dinner.
A
great selection of hot and cold Greek
appetizers, sandwiches and entrees.
Try some Taramosalata for a starter
or an order of Dolmades or Saganaki.
Entrees
include traditional lamb, pork and
chicken dishes.
If
you're in the mood for a fine Greek
meal give Pegasus a spin. They have
belly dancing on Saturday evenings.
