We loved this place.  We were visiting friends in Sarasota, who were excited to try something new, and wound up thrilled that Polo Grill had opened -- a new hip place to go.  Lively, with great food (many 'eater friendly' selections) -- nicely presented, pretty delicious actually. The short ribs were fabulous! Nice inviting decor, and happy people -- even the servers. There's a happening bar scene, set off with a giant glass-encased wine rack, so it doesn't interfere with diners.   Just an all 'round great evening -- upscale without being killer expensive.
