It was OK.  They purport to sell Cajun/Creole food but it is very far from authentic.  They are from Cleveland.  I had the muffuletta.  It wasn't even close.  It was a good sandwich and if it had been marketed as something else I may have enjoyed it more.  I was expecting a muffuletta and was disappointed.
