YES, your time in the sun is almost here. 😎
The 2023 version of Savor Sarasota starts June 1st. We want to get you started and keep you focused on the task at hand, sampling as much delicious, discounted Sarasota area cuisine as you can manage during the first two weeks of June.
Here’s our plan to help. Twice a week through mid-June, we’ll feature three individual courses that are being served and featured at three participating restaurants. Consider it a little menu tease just to whet your appetite.
Each of our Savor Samples will include a first course (starter), a second course (main), and a third course (dessert). And, just to have a bit of fun, we’re going to “mix and match”, so you’ll get the widest look possible at our fantastic local food-a-thon.
OH, I almost forgot, we’ll include some links so you can view each restaurant’s full prix fixe offerings, AND we’ll provide you with a printable version, too (in case you’re old-school like me! 😀).

Here’s your first SAVOR SAMPLE…
FIRST COURSE (STARTERS) – Amore Restaurant (Dinner Only)
Soup of The Day– Ask your server for details.
Salted Cod Fritters – Bolinhos de Bacalhau – 3-Fritters of salted cod, blended with mashed potato, onion, parsley, and garlic, served fried with garlic aioli and marinara sauce.
Caesar Salad– Romaine lettuce with classic homemade dressing.

SECOND COURSE (MAINS) – Pop’s Sunset Grill (Lunch Menu Items)
Surf & Turf Tacos – 3 tacos with beef tenderloin, shrimp, corn pico de gallo, chipotle crema, and queso fresco.
Grilled Steak Sandwich – Marinated steak, caramelized onions, baby arugula, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella cheese, chimichurri aioli on a French hoagie.
