🚂 It’s February. Welcome Aboard!
It’s time to get into “season” mode. We all know what that means. A little dose of patience will be in order until sometime in May. Some things to remember…
1️⃣ If you’re dining out, make a res. (OpenTable and Resy are both easy to use).
2️⃣ Leave some extra time for travel. It’s not Chicago, but…
3️⃣ Carry-out is a great option this time of year.
4️⃣ Dine early or late. Off-prime time can make things easier.
📆 Something to Celebrate!
February has its share of food celebrations. I’m not sure that you need an excuse to party. But if so, we’re at your service!
🍔 February 7 – National Patty Melt Day (Evie’s on the Range & Palm Avenue Deli)
🍕 February 9 – National Pizza Day (Capo Pazzo & Malmosto)
🥞 February 21 – National Pancake Day (Dutch Valley & Village Cafe)
🍹 February 22 – National Margarita Day (Hub Baja Grill & El Melvin)
Some Other Things Happening in February.
Yes, of course, it’s Valentine’s Day. If you haven’t made plans for dining out, your countdown clock has officially started. It’s an insane night in the restaurant business. But, if you’re brave enough to brave it, there are some fun and delicious red-heart dining packages out there.
❤️ AI is the talk of the town. WAY back in 2023, we wrote a piece about what would happen if you let AI make your Valentine’s Day restaurant choice. It still holds up pretty well – READ IT HERE!
