Change is good. As long as things stay pretty much the same.
That’s the Butcher’s Board. Bison sausage, house smoked salmon, bacon burnt ends, pimento cheese and assorted “go with” pickled veggies. I’m sure you’d agree, that’s the way to get the party started! But, whoa, let’s back up for just a minute.
Changes. Yes, there are some exciting ones happening at Brick’s Smoked Meats. Menu changes that is. Really more additions than outright changes. So, everyone take a deep breath. Yes, all of your beloved, smoked delicacies still available. Now exhale. In addition to that succulent 18-hour smoked brisket, some soon to be new favorites are there for your tasting.
Let’s start with a starter. A classic that’s been taken up a step or two.
Yes! The much beloved Deviled Egg. This time reimagined with chopped brisket and pickled onion. All of those flavors come together just as you would expect. Delightfully.
We know you love brisket, pulled pork and St. Louis ribs… But, now there’s a tasty way to ease into your meat-centric meal. Yes, that’s a salad.
This Chophouse Salad features iceberg, blue cheese, bacon burnt ends, tomato and house-made croutons. You can add any protein to make it a full meal for a few extra bucks. For a BBQ place, Brick’s has some nice vegetarian options too. Check out all of the “porto-bellies”. That includes tacos, a platter and a melt.
If you’re in the mood for a “little” sandwich, no sweat.
That monster is the BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich. I know it a little on the smallish side. You may need two! Pulled chicken, bacon, fried green tomato, lettuce, and frito crema all served on a hearty pretzel bun. To-go box included!
Add to all of that, crispy steak fries, grilled cedar plank salmon and a nice grilled ribeye steak and you’ve got a ton of new things to try in the next few months! Like I said, change is good. And, delicious too!

Brick’s Smoked Meats Menu
SHARON PUTMAN says
We had the brunch menu for the first time today.
1 order chopped salad – Does not look like the picture – just some chopped iceberg a few cherry tomatoes & tiny bits of blue cheese! Very boring!
1 order brisket sandwich & fries – almost no meat – the manager brought a nice slice of brisket to our table when we ask the waitress. He explained that they just use ends because it’s a special. That makes no sense because they charge $18 for the special which is more than this item on regular menu!!
We are seasonal, we come here with friends a lot but that is not going to happen now we can no longer recommend Brick’s.
Oh, the ice tea is very good here!
