Menu Monday. It’s All About The Burger

It’s burger time!

The burger has made a comeback. Not that it really ever went anywhere. But it’s back! And, boy, are there great versions of an American classic floating around the Sarasota restaurant scene.

Theres a prime example of a luscious, juicy burger. Here’s another.

Just for purposes of identification. Top image, Square 1 Burgers, Middle, Knick’s Tavern & Grill, Bottom, The Broken Egg. There you have it. A small glimpse into the vast and often times mysterious world of the Sarasota burger.

But, alas, we’re not here to debate the best burger. We’ve seen those food feuds, and I think you’ll agree that they can turn ugly very quickly. (Don’t even get me started on griddled vs. grilled.) This is a menu piece. So, let’s get to it.
