The LIST for April 2009 is out and Stingray’s Grill sits at the top. Making a big jump from number 5 to the top spot in one month. The former Shell’s Seafood Restaurant is getting lots of attention. Cafe Gabbiano, The Sandollar Rooftop Restaurant, Shakespeare’s English Pub and Sangria Tapas Bar finish out the top 5 for this month. Here’s the full list.
